What makes Basketora Studio products unique?
Every basket bag is 100% handcrafted by artisans. We prioritize quality and traditional techniques, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations are a celebration of their handmade nature!
Where are you located?
We are based in Bangalore,India, and we ship our handcrafted creations domestically for now and soon planning to extend to internationally.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item is made-to-order, please allow 7–15 business days for production before your item is shipped. For orders with multiple quantities, production usually leans toward the 15-day window.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we begin the handcrafted process shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us at basketorastudio@gmail.com for any urgent changes.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes! We love working on bulk orders for events, gifting, or retail. Since our products are handcrafted, bulk orders require a longer lead time. Please reach out to us at basketorastudio@gmail.com or +91-8974949346 for a custom quote and timeline.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not support COD at this time. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI through our secure payment gateway to ensure a smooth processing of your made-to-order items.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders within India above ₹4,000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but soon we are launching international shipping
How can I track my package? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Unique Shipment ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your order on our courier partner’s website.
What is your return policy?
As our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong product was sent. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at basketorastudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
How do I clean my basket bag?
To keep your basket looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking it in water or using harsh chemicals. If it gets wet, let it air dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
